Refund policy

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or made‑to‑order jewelry. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must send clear photos showing the condition of the product within 24 hours of receiving it. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. We will review the photos and, if approved, proceed with the exchange or repair as appropriate.

If you wish to exchange your piece for a higher‑value design, we can apply your original payment as store credit toward the new purchase. In this case, you must first ship the original piece back to us. Once we receive it in its original condition, we will proceed with the processing and shipping of your new order. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
